Wonderful
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about almost everything in the local area. The in-room sauna is lovely. Breakfast is nice too. It is very easy to reach the slopes by ski bus. The airport bus is also very convenient.
The pillows are not comfortable.

Great location for the town and the supermarket. wide range of breakfast. Sledges available outside. An ok stay for a few nights if you’re just using as a base and busy in the days
It was -26 degrees outside and we weren’t coming back to a warm room. We are aware of ourselves and other guests stating how cold the rooms were even on max heat. We slept in our jumpers and thermal socks. We stayed in a family room and in the “attic” the vents made so much noise we brought ear plugs our second night. The mirrors were dirty and the bathroom smelt. No English tv (or being able to amend language)

Good
Clean rooms, good for 1 night stay.
It was strange, that the pancakes were not ready during breakfast, but everyone needed to fry them themselves. We did not manage to do it properly and the dough was still raw, and finally we took something else... On the other hand, it is not very eco friendly idea, when the electric frying machines are turned on all the time during the breakfast serving hours.
